CIDER MILL STAGE TAKING STEPS IN ENDICOTT
The Clocktower Theater Company presents Taking Steps, a laugh-out-loud, riotously funny comedy. Set on three floors of a crumbling house - a reportedly haunted former brothel - Taking Steps follows the lives of its eccentric occupants over the course of a frantic 24 hours. Alan Ayckbourn’s classic farce, reputed to be one of the funniest plays in the English language, demonstrates that ordinary situations can become extraordinary through simple misunderstanding and bad timing. Directed by Dennis Fox and starring a cast of professionally trained local talent – Adam Holley, Samantha Sloma, Jake Wentlent, Brendan Curtin, Jessica Nogaret, and Chris Nickerson - this is the first in a season of six shows to be presented at the Cider Mill Stage.
The comedy runs February 2-11 at the Cider Mill Stage, 2 Nanticoke Avenue in Endicott. Curtain Thursday through Saturday is 7:30pm; Sunday matinees are at 3pm. Tickets are $28 for adults, $25 for seniors 59 and over, and $20 for students 13 and over. Six-show season package is available at a 15% discount.
