GRITS & MIMOSAS AT SPOTLIGHT
For the past few months, Spotlight has been bringing forth some next-level brunch from Muffer’s Kitchen, and it looks like it’s becoming a regular thing. Every Sunday this month (and hopefully every month, forever), brunchers can expand their stomachs on shrimp n’ grits, chicken n’ waffles, and bottomless champagne n’ orange juice, also known as mimosas. This is the kind of brunch that could turn into an all-day party, and we like the sound of it.
