Just when you thought the world was going to crap, Phuong Nam Vietnamese restaurant announces that they now deliver! A note for new readers: we love this place, and are addicted to the tamarind soup (and the house special broken rice, and the curry). And now, straight to our door! Looks like we never need to leave the house again.
